Turn off the phone press and hold the power/lock button for 3 seconds. Don’t release now also press and hold the volume down button. Keep holding both buttons for approximately 10 seconds. After approximately 10 seconds, release the power/lock button, but keep pressing the volume down button for further 5 seconds.
