Apple Vs Samsung Case - Final Settlement Negotiations Failed

As many of you are aware that there is a court case going on between Apple and Samsung on the Apple’s infringement charges on Samsung for its smart phones and tablet designs. Apple is demanding over $2.5 billion in damages for Samsung’s alleged infringement.

As the decision on the case may become very soon since the closing arguments shall be closed today in the court and Judge has urged both parties to settle the matter out of the court.

Yesterday, Samsung lawyers have revealed that they were unable to reach to a final agreement during a settlement meeting of CEOs of both companies.

“The CEOs did speak…There was no resolution.”
